Customer Relationship Manager

TASKS :

  • Address customer queries through phone, email, and live chat, delivering clear, precise, and customized responses tailored to their requirements.
  • Recognize customer issues and challenges, suggesting prompt and effective solutions to ensure their contentment.
  • Work closely with technical and sales teams to tackle intricate issues and deliver the right assistance to customers.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a prompt and comprehensive resolution.
  • Play a role in enhancing customer support processes and tools by offering insights and feedback.
  • Foster customer loyalty through personalized service and anticipating their upcoming needs.
  • Possess keen listening abilities and a knack for swiftly grasping clients’ requirements.


SKILLS :

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to quickly understand customer needs
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Mastery of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and support software
  • In-depth knowledge of Nindohost products and services
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high volume of requests while maintaining a steady level of quality
  • Team spirit and commitment to continuous improvement


PREFERRED PROFILE :

  • Minimum of 2 years of higher education in sales, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in roles such as customer relations manager, customer advisor, or similar positions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of empathy towards customers
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new challenges and responsibilities
  • A focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to building customer loyalty
