TASKS :
- Prospect for new clients and develop our portfolio in the field of web hosting, domain names, and professional email
- Establish strong and lasting relationships with our clients, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions for their business
- Prepare and present compelling commercial offers and technical proposals in collaboration with our technical and marketing teams
- Ensure regular follow-up with clients and prospects, ensuring their satisfaction and informing them of new features and promotions
- Participate in professional events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and expand our network
- Analyze sales performance and propose improvement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Good knowledge of the web hosting market, domain names, and associated services
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in prospecting and managing clients
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts, adapting the message to the needs and comprehension level of clients
- Proficiency in CRM tools and presentation and communication software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English
- Team spirit, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure to achieve set goals
DESIRED PROFILE :
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, marketing, computer science, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales position, ideally in the web hosting or IT services sector
- Results-oriented, with a strong motivation for sales and customer satisfaction
- Ability to adapt quickly to market changes and new technologies
- Listening skills, empathy, and ability to build trusting relationships with clients
